The show follows Mukoda Tsuyoshi as he is summoned into another world with three others from Earth to defeat the Demon King. The small problem? Mukoda’s unique ability is called “Online Grocery.
Mukoda Tsuyoshi is a young man who possesses the unique ability to order groceries online, even when he’s in another world. But his newly acquired skills aren’t deemed useful by others, and as such he is deemed useless. The only way to earn gold coins is to defeat demons, so Mukoda musters his courage and embarks on an adventure with three other humans summoned from Earth: Souma Yumi (a seemingly ordinary girl who has a phobia of fighting), Andrei Giunti (a knight from the royal family of Reijseger), and Charlotte Marlon (the daughter of a duke). As they fight demons together, will the team ever come to see Mukoda for what he truly is?
Once Mukoda is sent away from the palace, he makes the decision to leave the kingdom as fast as he can while also not standing out. He knows it’s important to keep his outsider status a secret from everyone he meets to keep himself safe. While venturing to get away from Reijseger, Mukoda learns that leaving is the right decision. The royal family will be ceasing all travel outside the kingdom very soon, and anyone wishing to leave can only do so on foot.

However, he finds out that cooking has another benefit: it gives the people of Reijseger great strength, as well as a high level of health.
