The Straw Hat Pirates’ Egghead Arc started well, but they had to leave. The World Government and Marines are occupying Future Island to assassinate Dr. Vegapunk. Thus, the scientist begged the Straw Hats to rescue him from the island.
The doctor, Straw Hats, and others must leave this World Government-run island. Several persons and groups would be better off without Marine ships, an Admiral, and one of the Five Elders. If they all board the Thousand Sunny at once, which they may have to, it will be crowded.

Dr. Vegapunk was enough for the Straw Hats. He’s the World Government’s top target because he’s the smartest and closest to discovering the Void Century’s secrets. He may have only asked Luffy and his crew to carry him off Egghead due to their Emperor-level rank, emphasizing how much the World Government wants him.
In Chapter 1071, “The Hero Deploys,” Vegapunk stated that he and the six Satellites he shared a brain with should join the Sunny. Lillith, Shaka, and Edison were smaller Vegapunks. They’re small enough to ferry to another island.
The bigger Satellites are the major issue with taking all seven Vegapunks. Atlas dwarfs Jimbei. York is more extensive than Pythagoras even when lying down in Chapter 1073, “Miss Buckingham Stussy,” if she allows her BMI to rise. Pythagoras is huge like Franky but lighter like Edison. These Satellites may fit on the Sunny, although moving them about the cabins may be challenging.
Chapter 1073 invited Stussy onboard the Sunny. She enthusiastically helped Vegapunk defeat Rob Lucci and Kaku of CP0 as a MADS clone. This makes her an enemy of the World Government and CP0. She could fit on the Sunny, but Usopp was furious at Vegapunk for inviting many guests without asking anyone.

Jewelry Bonney may need to ride with the Straw Hats too. Egghead’s Mecha-Shark devoured her ship. She and the Straw Hat Pirates are Marine enemies. She should take the Thousand Sunny to leave Future Island securely.
People need to find out how long Caribou will stay on the Sunny. He agreed to travel with the Straw Hats but he just realized it was a government-run island. The Straw Hats don’t have to take this wet-haired stowaway to another island, but they might.
The Seraphim may join the Straw Hats based on their story. Their humanity suggests they’ll join the Straw Hats. They’re also Vegapunk’s most precious. However, one of the Five Elders visiting Egghead, St. Jaygarcia Saturn, may rule the Seraphim. The Straw Hats may have to kill the Seraphim or Jaygarcia to return under Vegapunk’s control. If so, they may add these four big kids to their growing list of passengers.
Chapter 1067, “Punk Records,” claimed the Straw Hats needed one or two people off Egghead. They now have eight confirmed travelers and six more waiting to be confirmed. A ship built for 10 or 11 people may entertain up to 14 unexpected guests. In addition, each guest may be burdensome. Most will need to be dropped off ASAP. Caribou could also store most guests using his Swamp-Swamp skills.
