Seraphim’s claim that Dr. Vegapunk made the most potent artificial weapon wasn’t a joke. Seraphim is a dangerous weapon because it has the DNA of the Shichibukai and the power of the devil fruit. But among the Seraphim that Vegapunk made, there was one that wasn’t just dangerous but turned into a monster.
Eichiro Oda showed in One Piece chapters 1075 and 1076 how the Seraphim suddenly turned against the Vegapunk Satellites and the Straw Hat Pirates.
